- not be the subject of any financial compensation
- be based on information obtained in the professional context (if, however, such information is collected outside the professional context, you must have personal knowledge of it for your report to be admissible).
Your report is a serious step and may have implications for those affected.
Be as precise and objective as possible in describing the facts and statements reported to facilitate the processing of your alert. It will be subject to rigorous analysis, and the confidentiality of your identity, those of the persons concerned, and the documents transmitted will be preserved.
